Trying food with family asked on other members previous visit!

Went to this place per my family’s recommendation. Ordered from a simple

Menu of 3 layers..top layer showed Vietnamese rice stick noodle soups in ‘small’ bowls with differing meats/organ meats, middle layer has special ‘large’ bowls also with choice of different meats, and bottom layer of the menu showed special side order items..ex: a large bone with tendons, oxtail in broth, etc. The noodle soups were very tasty with clear flavored broth. The sides were amazingly delicious! I know they didn’t cook with msg because the broth was so yummy it didn’t leave me with thirsty taste afterwards! Enjoyable experience very much like local foods in Vietnam!

Simply to say: this is the best Pho outside of Vietnam. I’ve been to many places around the where we can easily find “pho”, but nowhere is near to this place in terms of meat and soup quality. More importantly, this pho is … pho.

Phoholic is the only place outside of Vietnam that offers the true spirit of Pho. We can “smell” it right after walking through the door.

Apart from excellent Pho, I like the way they offer free small bowl of pho soup with some little pieces of beef near the bones. The Cafe Sua Da from here is truest to its origine as well.

Thumps up! I would strongly recommend this Pho to any Vietnamese who is living in the US, or travel to the US. Also, for whom who wanna tey real Vietnamese pho, please come here.

The only downside of this restaurant is parking though they offer valet parking for only $1.

One of the best Pho experiences I’ve ever had. I came here with some cousins and this place was packed on a random weekday afternoon. Its definitely a hole in the wall, but the +1000 reviews definitely built up some hype. If you can’t find parking in the main lot just park on the far right side behind the other businesses. My cousin and I shared the 12 and 15 with a side of back ribs. Wow the meats here were so good. Fresh from the pot and fall off the bone meat. You also get this small complimentary cup of beef. Definitely ask for some onions with vinegar. The broth is really rich with very little MSG. I like how you can order eggs, specialty meats and change the size of your noodles. For the price that we paid PhoHolic is a steal. You get premium meat with a delicious bone broth and fresh noodles. Even the OG Nuoc Mam bottle is at each table. They have partitions between your party and the food comes out really quickly. I’ve been told that the line here sometimes wraps around the restaurant so try to come here as early as possible. This is a must try when visiting Westminster. I’ll definitely be back to try their other cuts of meat.

Not a high end place, but to me this is the best Pho in U.S.A. You get your bowl of Pho, extra meet on the side, side onion, hot tea, herbs…. The Best period… you are missing out if you don’t give Phoholic a try.
